For a Dwarf Hamster house , a house from 9 cm is already suitable. For a Syrian Hamster house (Golden Hamster) a house from 20 cm is a lot more pleasant. Is an open-bottom hamster house better?

Houses with an open bottom are preferable. They ventilate better and get less dirty. If the hamster decides to do its business in the house, there is at least no bottom that can get dirty.

Should a hamster house be big or small?

How to clean a hamster house?
